Electric lines can occasionally flicker during severe weather. If power is interrupted across the entire building, please text management at (469 499 4472) right away so we can verify local grid status with the utility company. 

Please note certain appliances and hot water heater might automatically shut off during power outage and will need to be switched back on at the breaker unit.

If a toilet begins to run continuously or back up, shut off the water valve located behind the base of the toilet immediately text management at (469 499 4472). 

To prevent backups, remember to keep wipes, paper towels, and sanitary items out of the plumbing.
