Event Certificate of Insurance (COI) is Required

Event liability insurance protects you financially in case of an accident during your event, such as injuries, property damage, or alchohol-related incidents.

At our venue, this coverage is *required* for all bookings to ensure safe and secure experience for everyone.

Yes. All clients must purchase a general liability insurance policy for their event before the event date.

Most policies range from $75 to $300, depending on your event size, days, and coverage options.                                                                                 

Your policy must include:

1. Minimum $1M per occurrence

2. Minimum $2M aggregate

3. Host liquor liability (if alcohol is present)

4. The policy must list you (the rental) as the insured

5. The policy must list Glorious Hills Ranch as Additional Insured   

6. The policy must list the event date and location address (425 CR 4601 Trenton TX 75490)                                                                                         

You must submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI) at least 5 days before your event.                                                                                  

Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in"

1. Cancellation of your booking *without refund*

2. Loss of deposit
